THE HERRIMAN COUGAR CLUB

Steph and Stacy
Steph, Kristie, Kim, Kerry & Wendy

Thats right, we are COUGARS baby!  This was another fun girls night out where we did things only 12-14 year olds should be doing, like screaming at a movie screen everytime Zac Efron appeared.  (That young man is smokin' hot!!)  Seriously, I love my girl friends and love the fact that they love Zac as much as I do. I can honestly say I bought HSM 3 for myself, tried to put it off like I was buying it for the kids, but really, I have a little thing for a boy in skinny jeans.  Not really, I hate skinny jeans on boys, I just really love Zac.  By the way, I want to start a petition to have Zac be the new "Edward".. could there be a better vampire?  Bella would not have lasted thru the first book if Edward looked like Zac..

MY BABY IS A LUCKY GIRL

I love this picture because it shows my kids relationship with their dad perfectly. Luke and Sadie are so lucky because Todd watches them while I work a few hours a week at therapy.  It is very hard for me to take time to play which is so awful, but 2 days a week, they get the best playmate in the world.  I know the reason my kids can count to 10 is not because I read to them everyday, but because their Dad plays endless hours of hide and seek.  I also know that the reason they don't need a play house or swing or slide is because their daddy lets them wrestle and chase him until he is exhausted.  The minute Sadie sees her Daddy she says "chase you" , which is a fun game which they run around and mess up every room in the house as Todd tries to get them.  Another favorite is playing bouncy ball in the house.. nothing broken yet (that I know of).  Thanks Todd for being such a fun dad and for being so loving and supportive of me.  I am glad we share the load and that you are such a great partner.  Love you.

EASTER FUN

Kids had a great time finding their baskets.  Usually at least one ends up crying because they can't find their basket, but not this year!!

After finding their baskets, we had an easter egg hunt out in the front yard.  Glad it was a nice day!
Miss Sadie, finding some "nanny" (candy, of course)
After finding our eggs, we got ready and met Grandma and Grandpa Ashby for brunch at IHOP.
Fun times!

Masher is seriously wierd...

Could this dog be any stranger?  He loves to sit in his food dish.  I mean honestly, he does it often and seems to be strangely content watching me work in the kitchen while comfortably lounging in his kibble.  There is no explanation for the strangeness of this animal...

SOME OF THE REASONS I LOVE TO GO TO WORK

Halloween 2008- This is classic and one of my favorite picture ever!!  My friend and co-worker Wendy is the second wife from the left.  She is one funny chick!

Luck would have it that I didn't have to work on Halloween, otherwise, I too would have looked like a Walmart worker.  From left, David Oakley, Wendy Anderson, Nate Felt, and Jenny Tatahara.  Seriously, we laugh all day long!! They are all freaks.

This crazy is one of the PT's on our team, Jeremy.  He looks a bit "special needs", but he is not.  He was just vacuuming a cabinent and decided he needed extra protection for his melon.

Really I could not be more fortunate to have the job I do.  It is great to go to work and feel like you are among friends and just have fun.  I love that I get to make a positive impact on people's lives.  I think the real reason I love it is because I only spend a 10-15 hours a week there... if I was around these wierdos for any longer, I may not be so complementary.

TRICYCLE BUILT FOR TWO

Luke and his cousin, Zania out for a spin on his sweet cherry red ride.  He is all about showing off for the ladies (note: no shirt).

WHERE DID THIS CHILD COME FROM??

Driving in the car today with one of Maddie, one of her friends, Sadie and Luke.  From the back of the car Luke states loudly, "Mom, if I had a bum on my head that would be weally gwoss."  I am not sure what prompted this observation, but you must admit that it is true.  If we had a bum on our head, that would be really gross.

"I believe our problems, almost every one, arise out of the homes of the people. If there is to be reformation, if there is to be a change, if there is to be a return to old and sacred values, it must begin in the home. It is here that truth is learned, that integrity is cultivated, that self-discipline is instilled, and that love is nurtured."
