Disneyland by the Numbers

days

28 hours

1 bottle of sunscreen

4 stroller rentals

90 degrees.. thus,

18 drinks purchased at the fabulous Disneyland prices.. thus,

51 potty breaks.  We now know where every bathroom is in the park.  There was even twice on this trip that Luke COULD NOT make it to a bathroom and he had to pee in an empty water bottle. Worked well both times. Don't choke on your indignation.. we didn't have him pee in the bottle in Disneyland (just while in the parking lot).

princesses who personally greeted my princess

3 nervous breakdowns (Luke on Splash Mountain-BIG HILL, Sadie in the Bugs Life 3D movie-her 3D glasses fell off and were hooked on her hair and she thought that they were a big spider on her shoulder (sad, but funny) and of course, Todd while waiting for the Fairy Princess show to be over)

teenagers

Amazing grandparents

3 Tower of Terror rides (favorite ride of all time!!)

98 pictures

1 Belle ball gown in a size 3T worn for 14 hours straight.

22 Family members

Endless amounts of cash GONE

Endless amounts of memories MADE!

Gotta love those Grandies for taken us to Disneyland

Sadie on the Jungle Cruise

Daysha, Maddie, Sadie and Jada on the Jungle Cruise.

Luke and Dad on the Jungle Cruise.
Luke looks a little nervous.
He looked this way several times.
As much of a terror as he is, he really is rather wimpy about rides.

Some of the bunch as we were strolling
thru Tarzan's treehouse.

The 2 little monsters with their suckers that
Aunt Kelly bought them.

Daddy and Sadie getting off the Mark Twain ferry
while we went on Big Thunder Mountain

Belle waiting with her Daddy for her ride at Autopia

Luke insisted I take a picture of him posing..

Finding Nemo submarine ride

Aunt Kelly, Zania and Sadie on the Submarine

Sleeping Beauty and my little sweaty beauty (so hot that day!)

I was so excited to see Ariel.
She was darling with Sadie.

"Princess and the Frog" Princess (can't remember her name)
Tatiana maybe??

Couldn't believe our luck to have the Grown-Up Belle Princess
available to mentor my little Belle Princess..
She learned so much about how to tame beasts and talk to teacups, silverware, etc..

My princess on her princess seat

Snow White and Sadie

This princess was voted "Cheesiest"
Gotta love Cinderella

Are you kidding me??
Cutest little rascals got worn out by all the fun...
This picture was taken in California Adventures.
If you go, you must get a shake at their shake stand.
We got the Blueberry Crumble and it was
BY FAR
the best shake I have ever eaten.  In fact, we had to go back and get another one..

This was the kids favorite ride.  They rode it 6 or 7 times.
They laughed hysterically every time.
It also acted as some bizarre stimulant as they got completely
wired after riding it, even though it was near 11:00 p.m.

Luke doing his "disneyland dance"
Poor grandpa after 2 rides in row..

"I believe our problems, almost every one, arise out of the homes of the people. If there is to be reformation, if there is to be a change, if there is to be a return to old and sacred values, it must begin in the home. It is here that truth is learned, that integrity is cultivated, that self-discipline is instilled, and that love is nurtured."
