Love

Love is in the air.

Love me some beautiful fall weather. Love me some football. Love me some general conference in my pajama's while eating popcorn. Love, love, love.

#23- putting the block on some peeps

Running in for his first touchdown of the season!!

So humble... being congratulated by the team for fumble recovery..

He is so cute in his uniform. All sweaty and in pain. Love it!!

Tanner scored a touchdown, recovered a fumble, got 2 sacks and played most of the game. Of course, we had to visit the ER that night because of some belly pain that he had after being hit really hard. Mom that I am, I told him to just walk it off. Dad made the decision that maybe he could die while under my care, and asked me to bring him to the ER for a quick ultrasound of his gut. There are some perks to my husband's job! In and out with a clean bill of health in just under 10 minutes!! Whoo hooo!! No lacerated spleen or bleeding intestine, nor did he have a bruised kidney or a contused diaphragm. He is 100 % perfect in the abdominal area. Until next game, at least....

Interesting how the mom and dad are in reversed positions...dads usually say walk it off, tough it out, and moms are worse case scenarios... Love it:)

"I believe our problems, almost every one, arise out of the homes of the people. If there is to be reformation, if there is to be a change, if there is to be a return to old and sacred values, it must begin in the home. It is here that truth is learned, that integrity is cultivated, that self-discipline is instilled, and that love is nurtured."
